Before counselling, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces, ran a plumbing business, and spent ten years in pastoral ministry. I bring that range into the therapy room. I work with adults who want a counsellor who can sit with hard things.

We provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore life's challenges with confidence. Together, we'll build practical strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Somatic. Relational. Neurobiological. I am an integrative therapist offering grounded, compassionate and effective therapy for a richer, more relational life. Sessions are available online and in-person. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
