I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

I believe that everyone is worthy and deserving of inner happiness and loving relationships. I feel privileged to have facilitated many individuals, couples and families in overcoming negativity thoughts and behaviors, in a safe, compassionate and accepting atmosphere.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.
