I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

I rely on approaches that are based on solid evidence for help with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief and loss, addictions, trauma, and parenting issues. With twenty years of experience, I bring practical wisdom, humour , and compassion to my work.
