I specialize in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, which is an evidence-based validated approach. I work with couples facing the full range of challenges. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

Bettina specializes in couples/relationship counselling. She has completed Level 1 and 2 of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Bettina believes having a better understanding of each other's differences as well as similarities, creates trust, acceptance, and healing.

I offer Sex and Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, Trauma resolution and Conscious Kink.
