For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place where I can help my client’s reach their full potential by processing feelings (past and present issues), improving communication, and exploring family issues. I use CBT, EMDR and other approaches to help clients.

I offer quality individual and family therapies in my two boutique practices in Hermosa Beach and Torrance locations. Also, I have been offering confidential video counseling to those would rather receive my services at comfort of their houses.

I treat both couples and individuals and tailor psychotherapy to meet the goals and needs of the patient. The therapeutic relationship is especially important and my goal is to provide a collaborative psychotherapy experience in a safe, comfortable environment.
