My passion is to help people reach their highest potential. To focus on strengths. I have been a therapist for over 22 years. I work on the faulty beliefs and messages one gives themselves that holds them hostage to their anxiety, depression and poor relationships.

I work with adult individividuals to better understand themselves in terms of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors; to try to see where they are stuck in repetitive unsatisfying relationships or situations.

LMFT who combines talk, creative arts, and play to address personal hurdles and unspoken pains with my clients. I offer mutually co-created opportunities for change through creative arts therapies because sometimes words aren't enough, no matter your age.

Therapy is a great way to practice Self-Care, doing something beneficial for you and your overall health. In therapy you have the opportunity to address challenges and struggles while learning effective coping skills in a non-judging environment that promotes growth.
