In Roseville, the MHSA is the primary impetus for the Campaign for Community Wellness. The overarching mission of the campaign is to provide support for traditional and non-traditional mental health services in Placer County. The campaign seeks to inform the public about mental illness and reduce the stigma of living with a psychological disorder.
