I am a certified Facilitator for Prepare & Enrich a pre-martial/martial program designed to address a couples relationship and provide couple exercises to build their relationship skills.

I bring a unique understanding, empathy and authenticity to my approach working with couples leading to long-lasting changes toward healthier, happier, more fulfilled relationships using a variety of research-based interventions and techniques.

I work with couples to determine the dynamics each bring to the marriage in order to encourage insight into how and why they relate to another in the manner in which they do. I work with families to promote the healthy facilitation of each family member's unique gifts.

I specialize in work with children, adolescents, and families. I use a psychodynamic approach which works well with people struggling with trauma as well as mood disorders.
