I currently work with individuals navigating relationship challenges but do not offer couples or marriage counseling at this time.

I specialize in helping couples improve communication, trust, and intimacy. Resolving challenges caused by breaches in trust and intimacy is vital to the health of marriage, as well as changing patterns and learning new skills to communicate and grow.

Marriage counseling is one of the most challenging and yet most rewarding work a counselor can do. I work largely from a Christian based Gottman approach that quickly assesses the unique problems within the relationship ensuring we work on what needs repair.

I bring a unique understanding, empathy and authenticity to my approach working with couples leading to long-lasting changes toward healthier, happier, more fulfilled relationships using a variety of research-based interventions and techniques.
