I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Creating Stronger Bonds Psychology. I specialize in couples therapy, but I also work with individuals. As a therapist, my goal is to listen to you and your needs so that I can give you the tools and understanding to move past old hurts and to flourish as an individual and within your relationships. My orientation is eclectic; I apply the therapeutic strategies most appropriate for my clients' issues. These would include psychodynamic as well as cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches. Treatment of couples issues also includes techniques associated with the Gottman Method and Susan Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. Treatment of OCD includes ERT and ACT. Treatment of children includes play therapy and parent training.
