My work background before becoming a professional counselor was in the Staffing Industry, where I worked for many years as a Recruiter and helped find job openings for staffing companies as a sales manager as well. I have 25 years of experience in recruiting and sales in the marketplace, and have substantial experience teaching people how to conduct a full-scale job search, interviewing techniques, and how to implement and execute well thought-out and planned career transition strategies. I can prepare excellent resumes, cover letters and teach you keys to landing that plum job you want by enacting strategies and techniques that only a handful of people use.

It is hard feeling like you are stuck in a career or like you do not know what to do career-wise. Sometimes, imposter syndrome gets the best of us and thus leads us to self-sabotage. Then, we find ourselves experiencing missed opportunities, regret, angst, and pain.
