Then, we find ourselves experiencing missed opportunities, regret, angst, and pain. My work background before becoming a professional counselor was in the Staffing Industry, where I worked for many years as a Recruiter and helped find job openings for staffing companies as a sales manager as well. I have 25 years of experience in recruiting and sales in the marketplace, and have substantial experience teaching people how to conduct a full-scale job search, interviewing techniques, and how to implement and execute well thought-out and planned career transition strategies. I can prepare excellent resumes, cover letters and teach you keys to landing that plum job you want by enacting strategies and techniques that only a handful of people use.

I am passionate about helping people feel fulfilled and purposeful in life and their careers. I specifically enjoy helping people discover their unique strengths and wire up. Together we use problem solving to explore and opportunities professionally. I use various assessments to help in this discovery process and partner with the client on viable and fulfilling options in their career.
