I welcome personal, couple and family referrals. I have been in practice since 2005. My approach is intuitive and collaborative. Effective therapy emerges by forming a relationship of trust; by identifying core sources of distress, & activating will to change.

I am a compassionate, focused, and creative therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to help them shake up old patterns, see things from new perspectives, feel heard and seen, and experience the joy of positive change.

I am committed to co-creating a respectful, trusting, and safe therapeutic environment. I have experience using various therapy approaches, and have found that in order to best meet the unique needs of each client and situation, flexibility of approach is essential.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
