Loss is an evitable part of life. Grieving is our normal & necessary response. It is one of the most difficult challenges of life. We all grieve in our own way. The journey is unique for each of us. There are not time limits. When it's time to seek help, I will walk with you on your journey to a place of hope and healing. Here are a few suggestions. 1. We may feel "stuck" in our journey. It may be time to reach out to someone you can trust. 2. You may feel anger or guilt. This too is normal. 3. Allow yourself to feel whatever emotions present themselves. This is the way to healing. 4. During these times we need to cling to our faith, reach out for support, & garner all our resources.

While grief and transition are a natural part of life, we are still often overwhelmed by sadness, anger and all the confusing emotions that come with loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve—just your body and mind doing what it can to process the pain of major life change and the loss of how things were.
