The special aspect to our couples counseling services is our ability to involve neuroscience in the breakdown in communications between couples. Counseling of the couple takes on much more effect, when we can track vital signs and understand the biochemical change that gets between you, to interfere with your communications. If necessary, we can also conduct a brain map on both members of the couple, and identify the specific sites of the brain that create this 'incompatibility', causing the friction. And then the solutions become so much more varied and rich!

Committed and loving connections with a partner are probably the most challenging and potentially healing of all relationships in life. Deep fears of closeness tend to get in the way of realizing such potential, often without being consciously recognized as fears. I help partners in couples to find ways of being gentle and honest with each other and with themselves as they confront and overcome their fears.

I provide marriage and couples counseling. I help couples to improve their communications to reduce arguing and to improve their understanding of each other.
