Although I am licensed as a psychoanalyst in New York, over my 37 years of practice I have also trained in Gestalt therapy, bioenergetics, art therapy, psychodrama, group therapy, couples therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. All people have problems. When the problems are not the consequence of their own doing, such as resulting from abuse, neglect, or tragedy, I work to help these individuals muster their personal resources to better cope and learn recover from the trauma.
