Dr. Spada uses a a holistic and psychodynamic approach to her work. She always meets the client where they are at and provides many types of therapeutic modalities as needed such as, cognitive behavioral therapy and gestalt. Dr. Spada incorporates breathing and meditation techniques as needed. Additionally, Dr. Spada utilizes a psychodynamic approach. She does not sit there like a statue.
