I offer counselling services to individuals who have difficulty with anger management. It is important that individuals understand where their anger originates from and how it is negatively impacting their life. By teaching understanding and then helping clients learn ways to appropriately express emotions such as anger, personal wellness improves and clients can move forward.

Anger is often a learned behavior or some associations of unresolved issues in the person's past. My approach is to provide insight and education into anger management to assist the client to accept responsibility for anger and to learn coping mechanisms to assist with anger control. Anger management may also involve resolving issues associated with anger development.
