Addictions (especially involving drug and alcohol) are strongly associated with trauma and I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I often utilize the potent tool of hypnosis when working with addictions and habit control.

I have years of experience with addictions and mental health issues. I'm also a recovering addict. I do not work with clients active in their addiction with alcohol and drugs, only those in recovery.
