My approach to helping clients in the area of work and career often relates to interpersonal problems in employment settings, difficulties managing work-life balance, and questions surrounding changing careers. Often clients come in with concerns around how to make changes to their employment situation, and they have various anxieties surrounding the risk that comes with making these life changes.
