Sarah is experienced in providing counselling for children of all ages. Using art, play and conversation she assists children to resolve various emotions relating to life stresses stemming from separation/divorce, death, school issues, bullying and adjustment to blended family life. She also assists children to resolve issues such as anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem and poor self-confidence.
