When doing therapy with young children, my primary goal is to first make them feel safe and comfortable. Sarah is experienced in providing counselling for children of all ages. Using art, play and conversation she assists children to resolve various emotions relating to life stresses stemming from separation/divorce, death, school issues, bullying and adjustment to blended family life.
