We believe in providing a comfortable and safe setting for children to connect with the therapist using hands-on and play modalities. Once we have earned the child's trust, we can then assist the child with developing awareness of how their thoughts and feeling influence their actions. In turn, a little bit of awareness can help a child make significant and lasting changes.

Children benefit from my approach because I follow their lead, using toys, drawing, stories, and imaginative activities to help them communicate in ways that feel natural and comfortable. I focus on helping children develop emotional awareness, self-confidence, coping skills, and problem-solving.
