Family conflict is a common issue which most of us are faced with at one time or another. I've been able to help hundreds of folks work through various types of family conflict by teaching them how to develop the healthiest boundaries possible to ensure they honour their feelings and needs while establishing a healthier family dynamic whenever possible. Many strategies are offered such as marital therapy, parenting strategies, family communication, development of healthy boundaries. I also have much knowledge and experience working with individuals and families who struggle with living in a family where narcissism or a psychopathy is present.

We often see photos on social media of happy families living their best lives, which sometimes leave us feeling like we pale in comparison. There is no such thing as a perfect family.
