Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

I am a registered psychologist with a broad range of experience, including clinical psychology, industrial psychology and anxiety research. My focus is quite functional; we have the capacity to live the life we want despite the pain we may now be experiencing.

Sherri has over 20 years experience in private practice. She uses a strength based and collaborative approach to support clients in realizing their potential, capacity, and inner wisdom while working through life challenges toward positive change and personal growth.

People are complex and various and as a counselor I want to help my clients meet their potential as humans. I am interested in clients who are struggling with sexual issues, depression, anxiety, and pain management. My offices are located in Regina and Katepwa Beach.

My goal is to help you live your life to the fullest. I believe in the inner healing power of each individual. Mindfulness will help you spend more time being in the present moment as opposed to dwell in the past or worrying about the future.
