People are happiest in work that uses their top strengths every day. this gives both satisfaction of purpose and passion/engagement in doing the work.. It is another dimension beyond looking for ways to use the skills you may have.

A core element of navigating career decisions is being able to know, understand and trust yourself. My understanding of personality types (and the strengths and weaknesses of each) is just one way that I help clients to make sense of themselves in places where they feel unsure of the way forward. Additionally, I also help clients work through any underlying dynamics which are making it difficult for them to better hear what their own intuition (i.e., their "gut") is trying to tell them. My overall goal is help you gain clarity about yourself, and whatever possibilities you are considering, so that you can experience peace regarding whatever you decide vocationally.

Having done a great deal of college career counseling and being in the business field much of my life, this area comes natural to me. I really enjoy coaching, asking the sixty-four dollar questions. And then discussing those hard areas that are commonly missed. Also I enjoy getting you ready for the changes and/or... Much of career counseling misses the simple points, because one is looking for the technical and the "finer" book concepts that many are taught. Be cool and calm.
