My training as a Marriage and Family Therapist has reinforced my respect for each and every person's right to choose to practice their faith in the manner that is in line with their beliefs. Many people come to me because I am not out to change their beliefs, but to work with them as a whole persons as they are. Active prayer listening, addressing spiritual/Biblical matters and helping you encounter Jesus are all potential disciplines that we may utilize in our time together if you wish.

The basic message of the Bible is that God loves us, and does so not because we have earned this love, but simply because God chooses to love us because of who God is. We live our lives trying to find out what this means in everyday life, sometimes living as though we have to do something to deserve this love, and other times living as though it is impossible to be loved. I believe Christian counseling is at its heart simply finding out how to integrate God's love for us into our lives.
