Hello and welcome to my page. I'm Ross Kellogg, LMFT and I provide individual and couple's therapy. My therapy process will support you to identify emotional blindspots, work through difficult emotions, and achieve personal and relational goals.

Oftentimes, the pain that we experience is rooted in relationships and as a result, it is relationships that we heal. As a Jesus follower, I am here to walk with you through some of the hardest moments in your life in a way that will result in true and lasting change.

My approach is collaborative. I avoid prescriptive advice and focus instead on deep listening, building understanding, and even trying to have some fun along the way. My goal is to help you gain clarity, learn coping skills, and be authentic in your daily life.
