Getting into a relationship is the easy part; staying in it is the hard part!  Relationships are a huge investment in many ways, but especially emotionally.  The emotional stakes are so high, that sometimes couples get stuck trying to resolve their issues.  While I will work with all types of clients, I specialize in helping couples to reconnect and stop the negative cycle that has caused them to get stuck.  I have advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).  I have seen significant improvement within the relationships of the couples I work with and receive feedback from them supporting the improvement.  I am a hands-on therapist and see my work with clients as a collaborative effort between them and me.  I count it a privilege to have my clients share with me on such a personal level and to trust me with their concerns.  My clients have taught me a great deal about the needs of couples and how to help them.  Call me and let's work together to make your relationship the best it can be!
