As a Christian, I believe the body, mind and spirit are interconnected and effect the way one understands & interacts in the world around them. Often I am asked the question, "what makes one whole?" my answer is both personal & Biblical. We are created body, mind & spirit. each must be regarded as important components of human existence, yet often the spirit is not discussed. I have the distinct honor and privilege of being on this path with my clients who desire a more biblically based approach to growth.

I have a background in biblical studies which is helpful in dealing with the spiritual dimension of life. Because the spiritual part of life is so important, I want to help clients with spiritual issues to the extent they are willing. The bible is rich in words of counsel and deals with every imaginable situation in life, and particularly speaks to spiritual issues. Therefore, I appreciate any opportunity I have to use it with my clients.

I do not specialize in treating Christian clients, however I do work with Christians whose background in line with teachings of tolerance. I deal with Christians who are struggling with sexual and/or gender identity issues. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore one's beliefs in God, the church, and their sexual identity or gender identity. I am have worked with these issues for over 25 years and identity issues are a specialty of mine. I am also a specialist and certified expert in the treatment of childhood abuse, trauma, sexual abuse and sexual trauma of males and females. I offer both individual and group therapy along with a variety of different approaches. I CAN HELP!
