I offer affordable couples therapy. Some of my specialities include: Premarital counseling, enhancing intimacy, nontraditional couples, repairing relationships after a breach of trust, helping people to love openly & freely in relationship & not stand in their own way!

I currently work with individuals navigating relationship challenges but do not offer couples or marriage counseling at this time.

My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy. I use a mind/body approach to treating trauma and the associated symptoms. Play therapy uses the language of play to resolve issues and find solutions.

In my work with couples, I take non high conflict couples who want to better communicate and heal attachment wounds. In my work with kids I like to involve their system (parent/parents/family) to promote support and bonding.
