I help clients solve problems of mood, motivation, attention, or behavior using positive researched based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My specialty is solving problems that occur BETWEEN people: parent-child, couples' conflict & communication, affairs, divorce.

I am a values-based therapist using empirically supported treatments for Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
