Family Therapy can be one of the most dynamic ways to engage healing - sometimes in unexpected ways. In Family Therapy, each member of the family has the opportunity to learn about the (usually unspoken) rules governing how the family operates, and specifically how they have fit into, or chafed against the family rules and systems. In some cases, the family will encounter how a family member has been identified as the main problem. They will also learn how their relationships within the family are connected to what has been covertly and overtly passed on from generations before them.

Family Therapy is done from a holistic systems perspective. We examine the challenges you experience as a family, the dynamics of communication, the age of the children involved, and the relationship issues between the members in the family unit.
