There are many types of Anxiety. One of which has to do with our physiology or our genetic predisposition. Another type of Anxiety, has much to do with how we think, what we think about, our environment and the ways we deal live's up and downs. My work with clients is about learning to recognize the triggers or red flags that are the precursors to feeling anxiety and stress, plus learning some very valuable ways to approach those situations, and to reframe one's thinking. Results can be immediate, Often we just need a neutral objective perspective to put things in their proper perspective.
