We have guidance about how to deal with anger, communicate with others, and let go of fears. In my approach to Christian counselling, I focus on supporting individuals in strengthening their personal relationship with God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ. I honour each person’s unique connection to their faith. My goal is to help clients explore how their relationship with Christianity can provide guidance, healing, and clarity while fostering spiritual growth and resilience. This approach respects the individual’s spiritual journey and encourages them to find peace and purpose through their faith.

I am a Christian person, and in my work with fellow Christians I strive to integrate the Gospel and the teachings of Jesus as a foundation from which our work together is built.
