I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

I walk alongside my clients so they have someone to lean on through the peaks and valleys of life. My practice is centred around empowering individuals just like you to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive.

I hope to bring a genuine presence and compassion to counselling. My belief is that all counselling work should be trauma informed and client centered. Open communication between client and therapist is crucial in order to move you forward in the counselling process.
