As an inclusive couple therapist, I strive to help couples find the roadmap to repair and heal problems that may typically arise in a relationship or marriage. I am a trained Gottman couples therapist that focuses on re-building trust, infidelity, communication, and mutual understanding. One of the biggest problems with marriage counselling today is that counsellors use methods that haven't been proven effective by research. Couples counselling is an opportunity to help people see their relationship from a different perspective. I often say that perspective change equals emotional change.
