As an inclusive couple therapist, I strive to help couples find the roadmap to repair and heal problems that may typically arise in a relationship or marriage. I am a trained Gottman couples therapist that focuses on re-building trust, infidelity, communication, and mutual understanding. Together as a team we can work on what the relationship needs in order to flourish.

Couples counselling is an opportunity to help people see their relationship from a different perspective. I often say that perspective change equals emotional change. I want to help couples remember the strengths they bring to the relationship. I also provide education on understanding communication and conflict resolution. I encourage believe that a healthy relationship is when both partners are deliberately and frequently looking for ways to contribute to the well-being of their partner.

Today's couples take many forms, from pre-marriage relationship to co-habitation to marriage in its different stages.
