Many people find themselves drinking more alcohol that they really want to drink. I offer another approach to AA. I provide my clients with the "harms reduction" program. You can still drink alcohol, but your learn to stay within your save limitations. You and I use the Harms Reduction workbook along with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Hypnosis.
