Having changed careers several times Sheila has experienced career counselling herself first hand. She can expose you to aptitude testing and together explore and expand on potential opportunities supporting you to find a career path that will bring you satisfaction. Helping find a career you feel passionate about is the beginning, developing a resume and interview skills and supporting you through making contacts and connections, will eventually bring your dreams to reality.

Career counselling with me involves an exploration of your strengths, and experiences. Together we will make sense of your journey and find the words to begin your plans for next steps. In therapy as you experience a non-judgmental, secure relationship you can orient yourself and experience a sense of confidence and assurance to move forward. Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.

Maybe as a child you dreamed about having a great life of abundance and achieve greatness. At that age, you were a winner and you would stand up and defend your dreams against any challenges. Unfortunately, lots of people may lose some of that winning spirit growing up and the champion in you may have slowly dimed.
