Faith and spirituality is an important part of wholeness and wellness. Drawing from the wisdom and teachings of the Bible we will examine the spiritual aspects of what brings you to counselling. Knowing and claiming our identity in Christ can play a large part in easing our sufferings from anxiety, depression, and other emotional pain. Sessions may include prayer, and I will be praying for you between sessions.
