As a couples and family therapist, I truly believe that family members do some extraordinary things to get through very difficult times. I work with couples and families to understand the complex dynamics and work with support and heal family relationships.

I believe that everyone is worthy and deserving of inner happiness and loving relationships. I feel privileged to have facilitated many individuals, couples and families in overcoming negativity thoughts and behaviors, in a safe, compassionate and accepting atmosphere.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

Life can feel heavy, confusing, or simply harder than it should. Since 2008, I've helped individuals, and couples make sense of what is happening, find practical ways forward, and feel more confident, resilient, and in control of their lives. I'm here to help.
