I am a seasoned counsellor committed to supporting adults, teens, and couples as they navigate personal, relational, and professional challenges. My therapeutic style is integrative—ranging from a client-centered focus to a directive more approach based on your needs.

I am a Registered Master of Social Work graduate. I work from a Narrative Therapy, Response-Based Practice approach, And EMDR lens. I have experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, as well as navigating complex relationships.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I help adults find relief from burnout, grief, and painful patterns while building tools for balance and fulfillment. With warmth and respect for your unique story, I work collaboratively so you can feel lighter, freer, and more connected to the life you want.
