I am a Registered Master of Social Work graduate. I work from a Narrative Therapy, Response-Based Practice approach, And EMDR lens. I have experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, as well as navigating complex relationships.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

As a couples and family therapist, I truly believe that family members do some extraordinary things to get through very difficult times. I work with couples and families to understand the complex dynamics and work with support and heal family relationships.

I offer clients a safe, confidential, compassionate space to heal and grow. I come to the table with extensive training, knowledge and experience and I am honoured to be trusted by clients with their journey.
