I am a Registered Master of Social Work graduate. I work from a Narrative Therapy, Response-Based Practice approach, And EMDR lens. I have experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, as well as navigating complex relationships.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

As a couples and family therapist, I truly believe that family members do some extraordinary things to get through very difficult times. I work with couples and families to understand the complex dynamics and work with support and heal family relationships.
