I believe respect and commitment are crucial in a relationship to overcome relational challenges. I use the Gottman Method to help couples improve communication, build a stronger emotional connection, and move through their struggles with understanding and validation.

My focus is on developing strong communication which enable more fluent and effective dialogue between couples. We will build the necessary tools needed to overcome challenges in conflict, anger and resentment, rebuilding trust after betray, and creating intimacy.

Our team provides couples therapy using evidence-based therapy methods that help repair connection and break negative cycles. We help couples cultivate more closeness and warmth and reduce defensiveness and hostility.

I use  Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT is the most successful couples therapy currently available, with a success rate of 75%. I am working towards aquiring my certification, which means that I am nearing the highest level of mastery in the model.
