I work with queer and neurodivergent couples in the area of neonatal support, life transitions, intimacy, conflict resolution, and building skills for communication and connection. My relationship work is attachment-informed, and poly-friendly, and kink-friendly.

Marriage Counselling is so often about unpacking the baggage that each person bringsto the relationship. My goal is to help you unpack, and sort through what is helpful and necessary for the marriage and what needs to be discarded through healing.

In my work with couples and families we build on the principles of safety, honesty and unconditional acceptance from an understanding that healing begins in relationship to self and others and our intimate relationships are where our deepest healing can occur.

I specialize in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, which is an evidence-based validated approach. I work with couples facing the full range of challenges. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

Our team provides couples therapy using evidence-based therapy methods that help repair connection and break negative cycles. We help couples cultivate more closeness and warmth and reduce defensiveness and hostility.
