I'm a marriage and relationship specialist, with extensive training and over 10 years of experience working with couples in distress. I work with communication breakdowns, high conflict couples, affairs & betrayal, loss of connection & intimacy, anger issues and more.

One of my areas of interest and expertise is working with family members affected by the mental health and addiction challenges of their loved ones. I offer family education, especially around accommodating versus offering appropriate support.

Although I primarily focus on working with youth and young adults, I also offer family therapy, support through separation and divorce, and parent coaching.
