When clients specifically request our counselling sessions to have a Christian focus I am able to integrate scriptual teaching & Christian counselling research within the broader field of psychotherapy assessment & treatment. When I take a Christian approach I find that therapy works towards alleviating psychological stressors while helping people to appropriate a deeper understanding & appreciation of the grace of God.

I believe in and support the doctines of inclusive Christian faith communities. I am LGBTQI2S+-friendly, sex-positive, and pro choice. I am a reconstructionist Jew who joined the Jewish family in 2007. Knowing and claiming our identity in Christ can play a large part in easing our sufferings from anxiety, depression, and other emotional pain.
