Infidelity recovery is one of my specialties. I have provided counselling to couples recovering from an affair. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

There are three parts to every marriage: The couple and the individuals. All three are unique and need their own means to grow and develop. Couples counselling works best when all three are being attended to, allowing the marriage to flourish.

Each relationship faces unique hurdles and holds unique potential for growth. By skillfully tuning into each other's internal world, learning new ways of being together and navigating conflict, we'll work to break through what may be hindering you.

Once you understand what's happening inside of one another you will be better able to support the ones you love, and they'll be better able to support you as well. I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help you experience a new way of being together.

One of my areas of interest and expertise is working with family members affected by the mental health and addiction challenges of their loved ones. I offer family education, especially around accommodating versus offering appropriate support.
