I began couples, families and relationship counselling through my work in private and public education systems. I can help with concerns that include: divorce, separation, parenting skills, self-harm, disordered eating, communication skills and self-regulation.

We all want connection, safety, and security in relationships. When conflict and emotional distance are more common it can seem as though there is no way to stop the fighting. Therapy can provide you the space necessary to reconnect and work on your relationship.

I offer Couples and Relationship Counselling. I am passionate about finding the way through the tears, back to the joy and romance that first brought you together.

The focus of my practice is couples and family therapy, including high conflict, blended families, and separated families. I have advanced training in Systemic Family Therapy, and Gottman Level 1 Trained. I write Views of the Child and Hear the Child Reports.

Each person in a relationship is an individual. By focusing on our own self-development, we can best learn how to grow together. I provide support for communication, sexuality and intimacy, relationship patterns and dynamics, and healing past wounds.

Within a container of empathy, respect and caring, we work together to help you and your partner shift from negative to positive patterns of interaction through healing long held hurts.

I offer Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, and Conscious Kink.
