Each person in a relationship is an individual. By focusing on our own self-development, we can best learn how to grow together. I provide support for communication, sexuality and intimacy, relationship patterns and dynamics, and healing past wounds.

There are three parts to every marriage: The couple and the individuals. All three are unique and need their own means to grow and develop. Couples counselling works best when all three are being attended to, allowing the marriage to flourish.

Each relationship faces unique hurdles and holds unique potential for growth. By skillfully tuning into each other's internal world, learning new ways of being together and navigating conflict, we'll work to break through what may be hindering you.

My focus is on developing strong communication which enable more fluent and effective dialogue between couples. We will build the necessary tools needed to overcome challenges in conflict, anger and resentment, rebuilding trust after betray, and creating intimacy.

Using a developmental and systems approach, I support each individual in the role of being an ally to the other. I work with couples and families of all types of configurations towards respect, love, collaborative problem solving and mutual understanding.
